How it works
Four steps, from your verified account to cash in your bank.
Once your lister account is verified, join the program from your dashboard and get your personal referral link.
Send it to other landlords, realtors and property managers. A referral attaches when they sign up through your link as a new account.
When your referral becomes a paying lister, you start earning 20% of what they pay, each paid month for their first three months.
Earnings are sent by bank transfer on the 28th of each month, once your balance reaches J$1,000.

Who can join the affiliate program?
Verified, active Attesta listers — realtors, landlords and property managers. You join from your dashboard once your account is verified.
How much do I earn?
20% of each lister you refer, calculated on what they actually pay for their subscription, every paid month for their first three paid months.
When and how am I paid?
In cash, by bank transfer in Jamaican dollars. Payouts run automatically on the 28th of each month once your balance reaches J$1,000. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
What counts as a referral?
Someone who signs up to Attesta through your personal link as a brand-new account and then subscribes as a lister. Referrals are tied to genuine new sign-ups only — you can't claim someone who is already on Attesta.
Are there rules?
Yes. Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and spam are not allowed and can suspend your account. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
